Coronavirus (COVID-19)

COVID Safe procedures are now back in place at the clinic.

 

1. FRONT DOOR IS LOCKED

The door will now be locked and all patients screened before entry. We have an internal waiting room capacity of 8 people so please wait patiently for someone to answer the door. If you would prefer to wait in your car – please call the surgery to alert us of your arrival and we will call you in when the doctor is available to see you.
 

2. NO MASK = NO ENTRY

As per the NSW Health and NSW Police directives, masks are now mandatory. If you are unable to wear a mask due to medical exemption, please ensure you have a copy of your exemption letter with you.
 

3. TELEHEALTH CONSULTS STILL AVAILABLE

Telehealth appointments are still available to those eligible. If you are experiencing any cold/flu symptoms, we request that you contact the surgery to arrange a telehealth (phone/video) consult or present to your local hospital.
 

4. QUESTIONS

Position Vacant: GP/ VMO 
We are seeking enthusiastic doctors to join our strong team. At Rural Medical Clinic, there is a focus on prevention and management of chronic disease.  Practice nurses conduct clinics to support the doctors in these areas.

The practice has a number of visiting services including physiotherapy, exercise physiology, dietetics, psychology and Aboriginal chronic disease service.

Our aim is to have a sustainable practice that serves the wider Manilla community well, and part of that sustainability is to create a positive work environment for the doctors and other staff. We emphasise work-life balance and reasonable workloads.
